Well done Easy Cars Welkom
Well done Easy Cars. Great service and professional help. What most people forget is you are NOT buying a new car. If you want to complain about everything go buy a new car. If you want a good second hand vehicle with excellent service - I highly recommend Easy Cars in Welkom.

Stay away from Vodacom and "upgrade reversals"
Maybe just maybe Vodacom will now notice my frustration. Extremely quick to sell something however terrible at helping with a problem. So as a present to my daughter I upgraded (online) and got her the phone she wanted. A month later I get invoices for 2 contracts - when I queried this it I was told that I was not eligible for an upgrade. OK so how did I manage the upgrade and who at Vodacom let this happen? I asked what I could do - so I was informed of a upgrade reversal. When you hear this from Vodacom - RUN! It is a joke. After telling my daughter that I had to take back her present we did a factory reset so no information was on the phone. RAM couriers collected the phone and so 11 days later I had to contact Vodacom as nobody is giving me an update. Surprise-surprise - the phone is at Warehouse and no reversal is done on my account. Apparently there is a password on. So how after a factory reset where is now suddenly a password? All I want... Is to get this entire mess behind me. Do the reversal so I can cancel any form of contact with you (Vodacom). I was warned, however like to give people the benefit of the drought. Never again. Stay away from Vodacom. Yes - there are helpful people working there but the majority is unable to assist.
