Submitted an invoice in December, for school uniform. Submitted another one in January, because they wanted the letterhead, fair enough, it is now overdue, but still, I must be the one calling every time for feedback. They don't bother care!! Everyday , its escalation escalation, poor consultants over the phone, that's all they can say....
They don't acknowledge us, you called wuth your money, the consultants dismiss you , there's one called Khanyisa, very arrogant. I've been trying to tell them that I received payment notification but no actual payment. They ignored me. My daughter's winter clothes payment is over due, I called in and I'm told it was paid on the 10th, to who because we did not receive it we have been calling and getting different responses about this. The consultant this morning tells me that the payment was done, who was paid? I sent through an email, no replies...none whatsoever. Please respect us. Acknowledge us....and give me a call
Im just so gatvol with sanlam guardian trust. The run arounds and treating us like trash. They refuse to pay for my daughter's school uniform , she's been going to school with same uniform for 2 years, they want her to go for another year and another, when I was told the school uniform request is declined, I asked the reason and was asked is the child changing school? Now, if she is not changing school , she must go to school with the same uniform for 5 years? I've asked for statement on that account and they wont send me one....I don't know why won't they...If you think you gonna leave your money with Sanlam guardian funds when you die, please think again, because WoW!! Now, Sanlam, please tell me if your kids go to school, high school, with worn out shirts and pants, same things for 3 years , 5 years? or its because mIne is an ORPHAN
If you have a life cover by sanlam...and your beneficiaries are under 18, please have a trust fund acc for them already not with sanlam...dealing with sanlam trust is a pain in an ass..you literally have to call 100 times to get one thing done. The incompetence of their so called admins and the rude call centre agents is out of this world. They are disgusting!! From waiting 3 to get quotation/ invoice paid...now they not even sending the kids allowance, we don't even get statements from them by the way.....I hate it here!

Easy Cars Durban is a scam.... They have a proper website. We got contact numbers from the website, contacted them only to. Find that we are being scammed. They wanted us to pay R15k to deliver the car we were interested in to us, we paid, the driver left Durban.... And the story kept changing, we were required to pay more money before the car was delivered, of which we refused...the driver started fighting with us n threatening to leave the car in welkom if we don't pay extra 40k....we didn't. Ooh and we went to confirm banking details that we paid in, the account number is a personal account not Easy Car.... They are scammers
