NOT - Easy Gates & Automation

On 3 April 2024, Easy Gates & Automation installed a new Centurion D5 Smart sliding gate motor with wireless beams at my home. Since installation, the motor has been unreliable and repeatedly stops working. I’ve had to call them out multiple times, and each visit costs R550, even though the issues appear related to the original installation. At the last visit, they charged R550 just to perform a software update — something I later found could have been done via the app if they had properly informed me. My previous Centurion motor lasted over 22 years without problems. This new system has been nothing but frustration and extra costs. Very disappointed with the workmanship, support, and repeated charges. I would not recommend Easy Gates & Automation.
