Stole R40 000, refuse to pay back the money!!

Regardt Kotze owner of Herocon construction, Easy plant hire and Rk Building & Renovations. He sold us his 2013 Isuzu 300kb Extended cab KV72FPGP for R140 000 on the 28 March 2024. He said the payment did to show in his bank account. He give the vehicles registration documents to us, said that as soon as the money show in his account we can have the vehicle. After a couple of days both parties decide not to go on with the transaction. On the 4th April 2024 he paid us back R100 000 and said he will come the same day and get the vehicles registration papers and pay us the outstanding R40 000. He never came, we went to his home on the 5th April 2024 to get our R40 000. He pretends to make a payment to our account. When the money did not show in our account Regardt Kotze send us a **** message from Capitec, where he said he paid another “Henk” We contacted him for 3 weeks, every time he said he will pay us back. After he starts ignoring our messages and calls, we reported him and his wife on fb, as she advertises the vehicle on fb. Up to today the 19th May 2024 he refuses to pay our R40 000.
