Stole R40 000, refuse to pay back the money!!
Stole R40 000, refuse to pay back the money!! Regardt Kotze owner of Heron Construction, Heroncon Chrushing and Screening, Easy plant hire and Rk Building & Renovations. He sold us his 2013 Isuzu 300kb Extended cab KV72FPGP for R140 000 on the 28 March 2024. He said the payment did to show in his bank account. He gives the vehicles registration documents to us, said that as soon as the money show in his account we can have the vehicle. After a couple of days both parties decide not to go on with the transaction. On the 4th April 2024 he paid us back R100 000 and said he will come the same day and get the vehicles registration papers and pay us the outstanding R40 000. He never came, we went to his home on the 5th April 2024 to get our R40 000. He pretends to make a payment to our account. When the money did not show in our account Regardt Kotze send us a **** message from Capitec, where he said he paid another “Henk” We contacted him for 3 weeks, every time he said he will pay us back. After he start ignoring our messages and calls we reported him and his wife on fb, as she advertise the vehicle on fb. Up to today the 19th May 2024 he refuse to pay our R40 000.

OUTsurance is the best insurance company.
They are the best insurance company. I am at OUTsurance for more than 20 years. I never had any problems when I had a claim. Only this afternoon they looked at my premium and give me a better instalment with the same benefits. Will recommend OUTsurance any day.

Vouchers purched with yellow bucks not working.
I purched vouchers with my yellow bucks. None of the Rockitt vouchers work when I try to purchase the items. What should I do? I also bought vouchers for La Vita Spa and two vouchers for days out. Now I am not sure if they wil work.

FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance keep on deduction premuim after policy was cancelled by home owner
FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance. I send a email and phoned to cancell the policy on the 30 June 2023. Outsurance also sent FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance a notification that they will be covering the property in The Grove Steet, Parktown Estate from 1 July 2023. FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance deducted a amount of R775.66 on the 1 July 2023. On the morning of the 4 July I phoned the customer service department, I was told that my FNB Short term insurance was cancelled on 30 June 2023, but I did not pay for May 2023 and that is the reason they debit me on 1 July 2023 for R775.66. That is not true, my Cheque Account was Debited at the beginning of each month. Payment was taken by debit order on the 2 May 2023 R775.66, 1 June 2023 R775.661 and 1 July 2023 R775.66. I requested FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance to immediately pay the amount R775.66 back in my account.

Goldstone Jewellers not fixing F/Water Pearl ring
On the 28-07-2022 I purchased a Silver CZ & F/Water Pearl Fancy Dress Ring, Inv 1066942. After wearing the ring only a few times the pearl fell out and I took it back, Return Repair 258092 dated 10-11-2023. After months the company set a new F/Water Pearl. On the 21-03-23 not even 3 months after receiving the fixed pearl ring I had to take the ring back. It is the 2nd time the pearl fell out. Sheen from Head Office Tel number 031 507 5000/ 031 392 6270 has send the ring back without fixing it, with no explanation. When I phoned the above number it does not exist The ring is not fixed and now I need to repair the ring on my own account. The service I received was very unfriendly and I am sitting with a ring without a pearl. I would not recommend any person to purchase at Goldstone Jewellers at Kolonnade

Use personal information without permission.
I received a call from Centracom (Pty) Ltd. They said that they got hold of my personal details from Directline Holdings (Pty) Ltd. I never give my contact details to Directline Holdings (Pty) Ltd. On Hellopeter this company do not reply on any reviews. I believe that Centracom (Pty) Ltd did not receive my information from them. They need to give me proof were they got hold of my personal information.
