Best service from Easy Sleep, especially Alison

I have ordered a Topper from Easy Sleep and had a couple of questions, I reached out to the company's WhatsApp service and received a respond from Alison, later on I reached out again as I have not received my order confirmation via email and I got a responce again from Alison, she looked into the matter and I realized that I am the idiot and the issue was with me but Alison handled it in such a proffesional way to ensure that I do not feel like an idiot as I have asked her twice regarding the matter but she handled it really proffesional and the issue was resolved

She also took her time to explain some of the logistics of the company and the delivery above and beyond, I had some additional questions and I am sure that this was not really Alison's scope of work but she answered all my questions and more and also went beyond a normal persons service level, one example of her excellance, I have send a message just before 05:00 in the morning hoping to receive an answer around 09:00 that I can carry on with my day, but just before 06:00 the same morning she have responded with a friendly message and answering my question, this is really unheard off and this regarding a cover for a matrasse, I can only imagine that she will go above and beyond with any other matter, I truely hope that the company and management of Easy Sleep realize what a Gem and asset Alison is to the company.

Just because of Alison's service and commitment I will order some more Toppers for my childrens room and a set of Pillows for each bed
