Love my Topper
Good service and excellent products. I replaced my cheap Mr. Price topper with an Easy Sleep topper and it has made a huge difference. It honestly feels like I’m sleeping on a brand new bed. If you want value for money and you want to feel the value, then this is it. Highly recommended.

Love my Topper

Very good service and great products
I ordered 3 mattress toppers from this company and they assured me they’d arrive quickly, and they did, delivered in just 2 days. Everything went smoothly and the delivery was right on time. When I called Easy Sleep and the courier to double-check, they answered quickly and were helpful. When I spoke to the guy at Easy Sleep, he was polite and reassuring, took ownership of the process, and kept me updated rather than blaming anyone else. I’ve since emailed and called again with a small question and they responded promptly. Overall, this has been excellent service and a really good experience.

Very good service and great products

Lekker Slaap
Dit is die beste ding wat ek in 'n lang tyd vir myself gekoop het. Ek kan nie meer sonder my topper slaap nie! Baie dankie aan Easy Sleep vir die puik diens en vinnige aflewering. Die gehalte is uitstekend en die rekke op die hoeke hou dit perfek in plek. Ek was eers bekommerd of my lakens nog gaan pas, maar hulle pas perfek. Dit is 'n wonderlike produk met diens om dit te pas.

Best thing I've bought all year
I’ve been struggling with my sleep for months because my mattress was so stiff/uncomfortable. I bought this topper from Easy Sleep and it’s honestly changed everything. It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes—I’m actually waking up feeling rested now. Really happy with the quality and the service was quick too. Local guys doing a great job.

Best thing I've bought all year
I’ve been struggling with my sleep for months because my mattress was so stiff/uncomfortable. I bought this topper from Easy Sleep and it’s honestly changed everything. It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes—I’m actually waking up feeling rested now. Really happy with the quality and the service was quick too. Local guys doing a great job.

Efficient delivery - Blissful Mattress Topper
We ordered 3 mattress toppers on 23 December and received them today 31 December. That is AMAZING for the festive season and it was FREE. I have my toppers on my adjustable bed and they are just sheer bliss. It's hot in the Lowveld and I haven't feel sweaty at all on this topper unlike my previous one. I am a very happy customer!!!!!

Best service from Easy Sleep, especially Alison
I have ordered a Topper from Easy Sleep and had a couple of questions, I reached out to the company's WhatsApp service and received a respond from Alison, later on I reached out again as I have not received my order confirmation via email and I got a responce again from Alison, she looked into the matter and I realized that I am the idiot and the issue was with me but Alison handled it in such a proffesional way to ensure that I do not feel like an idiot as I have asked her twice regarding the matter but she handled it really proffesional and the issue was resolved She also took her time to explain some of the logistics of the company and the delivery above and beyond, I had some additional questions and I am sure that this was not really Alison's scope of work but she answered all my questions and more and also went beyond a normal persons service level, one example of her excellance, I have send a message just before 05:00 in the morning hoping to receive an answer around 09:00 that I can carry on with my day, but just before 06:00 the same morning she have responded with a friendly message and answering my question, this is really unheard off and this regarding a cover for a matrasse, I can only imagine that she will go above and beyond with any other matter, I truely hope that the company and management of Easy Sleep realize what a Gem and asset Alison is to the company. Just because of Alison's service and commitment I will order some more Toppers for my childrens room and a set of Pillows for each bed Well done Alison and thank you if your service reflects the quality of your company's products I can defnitly encourage anyone to do business with Easy Sleep. Top notch Service, I wish I could have employees like Alison. Thank you once again.

Really Bad Service
I ordered 2 matress toppers from this company and there was an aaurance made that I would receive them on the 3 October. I then started getting nurvouse when it did not arrive given all the online ****s. I tried calling them and Courier it and no one answered. When i eventually got hold of the guy at easy sleep he was very dismissive blaming thier courier. I have tried calling back and emailing them and they have not responded in a week. This is really terrible service.
