Very good service and great products
I ordered 3 mattress toppers from this company and they assured me they’d arrive quickly, and they did, delivered in just 2 days. Everything went smoothly and the delivery was right on time. When I called Easy Sleep and the courier to double-check, they answered quickly and were helpful. When I spoke to the guy at Easy Sleep, he was polite and reassuring, took ownership of the process, and kept me updated rather than blaming anyone else. I’ve since emailed and called again with a small question and they responded promptly. Overall, this has been excellent service and a really good experience.

Excellent Customer Service
Hi. Just sharing my experience in case it helps anyone considering buying from Lumilia. I purchased the Lumilia Lux from Lumilia last year. I had some challenges in the beginning, but I emailed them a few times, and every message was answered, I tried calling and they picked up and helped immediately, and I even sent a few WhatsApps, where they rep**** quickly and guided me step by step. Honestly, this was better value than going to a salon because the support was solid, the process was clear, and I felt properly looked after. The device works extremely well and has been worth every cent. It’s definitely not a waste of money. They were professional from start to finish. They were friendly while I was purchasing, and they stayed just as helpful afterwards, making sure I was getting results and understood how to use it correctly. I would absolutely recommend this company, and I’d buy from them again.

Bad Service & Bad Quality
I simply decided to never order from KFC South Africa again. This was the last time I had to eat your uncooked raw *** Fried Chicken. Bad service and bad quality.

Love Spur

Not Happy
I bought a small tub of cut fruit, and it was off. The moment I opened it, it smelled sour, and the pieces were already turning soft and brown. I threw it away immediately. Its not the first time, and I won't make the same mistake again. The quality is not acceptable.

I popped into the Bellville branch a couple of days ago for some DIY hardware and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and I found exactly what I needed. I’ve been a customer for years and will continue to support them.
