GREAT RESULTS IN JUST A FEW WEEKS
I’ve been using the Lumilia Lux for a few weeks and have already noticed a significant decrease in hair growth and how quickly it comes back. I’ve used settings 5–8 from the start. It’s easy to use and comfortable to hold. Overall, it’s an effective product and I would recommend it. Just a note: I have very co****, dark hair, so I expect the results would be even better for someone with lighter, finer hair growth.

I had some challenges in the beginning, but I emailed them a few times, and every message was answered, I tried calling and they picked up and helped immediately, and I even sent a few WhatsApps, where they rep**** quickly and guided me step by step. Honestly, this was better value than going to a salon because the support was solid, the process was clear, and I felt properly looked after. The device works extremely well and has been worth every cent. It’s definitely not a waste of money. They were professional from start to finish. I bought the Glacier X as a gift for my girlfriend, and she’s honestly obsessed with it. She’d been using a Beurer device for a while, but the results were just okay. Since switching to Lumilia, the difference has been night and day. She says it’s much more effective and comfortable to use. I have emailed them numerous times, there is no response, tried calling them, they don’t pick up my calls, I even sent a few WhatsApp’s and nothing. Rather use your money to go to a salon where they are not ****mers or *****sters and you will get value for what you paid for. Their device doesn’t work at all, it’s just a waste of money. They lack professionalism, they were only nice and responding to me when I was purchasing as they wanted to **** me out of my hard earned money. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
