I ordered a set of tables on Makro online in time that I needed delivered on 13th March 2026. The wrong tables were delivered on the 11th March 2026. I called Makro telling them of the mix up. Makro told me my parents who are pensioners need to wrap up the tables and they will have them collected. If Makro had done it right the first time, there would be no need. To make matters worse they refuse to do an exchange and require I get a refund, those tables are on sale and need to be delivered before Friday. Their call center was a waste of airtime and time. They sound like bots repeating the same thing over and over gain instead of providing a solution. I spoke to Sithembile from the call centre and I requested to speak to her manager. Makro refused for me to speak their manager is or even supervisor, which is my right as a customer. It's a sorry excuse of a company, Awful service customer, lack of accountability.
The 90 money back guarantee is a ****. I utilised the device as recommended. Sent them emails of the images of the area I was treating as per their request of over 6 sessions. I have emailed them numerous times, there is no response, tried calling them, they don’t pick up my calls, I even sent a few WhatsApp’s and nothing. Rather use your money to go to a salon where they are not ****mers or *****sters and you will get value for what you paid for. Their device doesn’t work at all, it’s just a waste of money. They lack professionalism, they were only nice and responding to me when I was purchasing as they wanted to **** me out of my hard earned money. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Worst network services ever. They just take your money and fail to deliver. I have been without network for nearly a month and they say I must pay now before they can investigate. They are mad, on top of that one of their technicians Noit/Voit is a rude and condescending person that I had the unfortunate lick of being connected to, refused to listen to me and to top it off. This person dropped the freakin call while I was talking. He lacks professionalism shame on him. I’m disgusted that rain hires such people. Need to close my account asap and move to a network provider that respects my money and time. Not this useless company. Then he has the audacity to yap about my having a 4000 rand router. I’m trying to sort out my issue with network and your consultant is taking his life frustrations out on me mxm.
Absa is the worst bank to invest your money in. My father invested his money in Absa over 10 years ago and until this day they refuse for him to withdraw his money. Absa is a bunch of ****mers who enjoy making profit off the hard work and sweat of other people. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Don’t waste your money hiring this company. I paid for a deposit for them to clean and apartment they were hours late and I had to get another cleaning company. I have been waiting of my deposit since December and they are dodging and ducking my calls and requests for my refund. Worst cleaning company ever, unprofessional and plain crocks.
Worst place to buy your furniture for your house. I bought headboard and pots from therm last year and they delivered a damaged headboard 3 times which I returned. Trying to get ahold of them is a nightmare. They have my money and refuse to refund me. My one pot is damaged and needs and exchange but no response. You have to keep running after them for things that I bought with my hard earned money. They deserve a rating of no stars at all.
I had a delivery scheduled for Friday and I notified them that my estate requires a form to be filled in that states when big deliveries are being done and I had put the date for Friday I even notified them that after 5pm no deliveries for furniture etc is allowed. I kept calling Triton numerous times on Friday and spoke to Erin who promised that would deliver by 5 and when I called back around 4:55 only then did they state that they were held up with another clients delivery and won’t be able to deliver my furniture. Why didn’t they call and state they couldn’t make it for the 5pm delivery as I had to sit all day at home waiting for them to deliver which they failed to do. Erin advised that they could attempt to deliver on Saturday and I told her it needs to be done at 8 am as I have a function to attend that starts at 8am until 6 pm. She once again promised they would deliver at 8 am and guess what they failed. Triton is the worst delivery company ever, they lack proper customer care when I had to waste my own airtime and my time waiting for them, following up with them numerous times only for them to fail to keep their promises. If you want a stress free life don’t use Triton.
If your estate is thinking of changing to Martinique for your sanity and sake kindly vote against it to save yourself the problem of having to deal with Leon as if he is doing you a favour when it's actually his job and gets paid for it. The worst managing agent ever. Leon is a rude, disrespectful, demeaning and rude person. He lacks professionalism and is the worst person that they hired for his role. They need to hire professional people who aren't emotional in their responses. He is an awful human being who needs to learn how to respect people, actually he is an awful person who enjoys being mean to other people. Martinique should be ashamed that they have someone like that representing them.
