Poor Service and Advertising **** for DNA testing

I placed an order with DNA testing on the 17th of May 2024. I had to follow up on my testing KIT, which was delayed, I had to then follow up on my sample with the company they use in SPAIN that has misplaced my sample and was promised then on the 5th of June that within 3 weeks I will have my results. Now they promise you will receive test results 3-6 weeks from the order. After 3 weeks I followed up again and got another apology, I eventually got the results that I must now trust after the misplacement of my KIT, after 11 weeks. You don't get a response from EasyDNA SA, but then some lady from the UK emails you with the T&C and takes zero accountability for poor service, other than that you have to try and sort things out with the testing company in Spain.
