EasyPay not so easy

We have endless issues buying prepaid electricity from this company. And when you try to contact them, either nobody answers the phone or you "are outside business hours"! What is the point of a helpdesk/line that does not get answered?? And buying the prepaid electricity is almost impossible, whether through their own website or through our banking app... Absolutely ****** useless!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
