This service provider is HORRIBLE. I paid for my Fibre on Sunday and they haven’t transferred I the service provider. They keep telling me to call again and again. I’m devastated

My Aunt made claim on 27 November 2025 and it's says 48 hours mind you till this day she still waiting,she needs that money towards funeral arrangements and the body on the mortuary is rating every day .# easy pay please pay your claims on time

I made a payment to Norlam Attorneys on the 25th June and provided proof of payment however till today the money is still not allocated becuase they claim they didnt receive the money. I checked numerous time with my bank and the payment is sucesfull. Easypay its difficult to get hold of them and Norlam attorneys is not willing to invesitigate on their side,

I SERIOUSLY WISH I WAS NOT FORCED TO RATE THEM OR WAS GIVEN A MINUS OPTION. I MADE PAYMENT FOR MY WIFI THROUGH EASY PAY ON 05/10/2025 TO DATE MY ISP HAS STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PAYMENT AND THIS RESULTED IN MY SERVICE BEING SUSPENDED. I BEEN ASKING, BEGGING, PLEADING UNTIL I FINALLY LOST MY MIND AND STARTED SWEARING AT EASY PAY, BECAUSE THEY GOING ROUND AND ROUND. LAST WEEK I WAS TOLD THEIR BANK IS FNB AND THE PAYMENT IS STUCK WITH THEM BY THE END OF LAST WEEK IT WAS GOING TO BE RELEASED AND EITHER REFUNDED BACK TO ME TO MAKE PAYMENT TO MY ISP OR PUSHED TO THE ISP. I BEEN EMAILING AND BEING IGNORED CONSTANTLY, I CALL I LEAVE MESSAGES BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER AND EVEN THAT GETS IGNORED. We have endless issues buying prepaid electricity from this company. And when you try to contact them, either nobody answers the phone or you "are outside business hours"! What is the point of a helpdesk/line that does not get answered?? And buying the prepaid electricity is almost impossible, whether through their own website or through our banking app... Absolutely ****** useless!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
