My parents had there washing machine fixed by this company and paid for the service. After trying to use the machine again it did not work. We have been trying via phone calls, emails and whatsapp but nobody responds to come and see what is still wrong. Thus I am not sure if this is a **** company or really a company where after sales service does not exist
We have a business account with Vodacom and payment goes off monthly on our business credit card. It seems that payment did not go off but when calling Vodacom to ask why it happened nobody could explain the issue but they has already locked all our business accounts. Companies can hide behind terms and conditions but you need to notify clients if you have an issue on a business and service level as that’s what we all do unless Vodacom has a different service level agreement with there business clients. I cannot believe that a company like Vodacom can have such a poor service to look after business customers. We will have to look at new options as lines expire.
