Failed Repair, Financial Loss & Health Risk
We paid over R900 for a fridge repair, but the technician appeared to only defrost the unit instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the issue. Since their visit, the fridge has completely stopped cooling and is now in a worse condition than before. It has been over two weeks with no resolution. As a result, we have had to throw away spoiled food repeatedly due to the fridge not functioning. We are extremely disappointed in the workmanship and lack of accountability. We paid for a professional repair service and were left with a non-functioning appliance. We expect this matter to be resolved urgently.

Absolute **** artists. Read other reviews on Google as well with similar experiences. They come to fix the fridge (and other appliances ), tell you that you need a part but must pay upfront. R3500 I paid. They left and within 24 hours the fridge was not working. Surprisingly they came back, did something and left. 2 days later still doesn't work. They now do not answer their calls, and have run off with my money. They are ******* and should not be working in this country without visas and I've contacted people i kmow at home affairs. They have started this business with zero experience and go around ****ming people amd *****ing money. Do NOT use them, they will tale your money and that's it.

Fridge repairs - worst experience - ****mer alert
Great website, quick response, cheap initial quote. Charge a call-out fee which website said they don't, but that's okay. For re-gas. Fridge(top) is working but Freezer (Bottom) not. The technician came (if he is one), explained a part to be fixed and a gas-leak. After an hour and R1900- later he left. Freezer is working better, fridge not cooling at all (opposite as before he started). I informed the "boss" and he said he will ask the technician. Then nothing. Then I went to Hellopeter and other Reviews. If I only did that before. 32 of the exact same things that happened to me. And all the boss can say is - everyone is getting bad reviews. A new technician (a real one) came in. THey didn't seal the gas-leaks, it was still leaking and just left hanging. Was unnecessary to replace the good part (they just "stole" it) and replace it with a made-shift part. There is a place of people like this and who runs their businesses like this.

Cape-fixall - Poor service and no response trying to contact them
My parents had there washing machine fixed by this company and paid for the service. After trying to use the machine again it did not work. We have been trying via phone calls, emails and whatsapp but nobody responds to come and see what is still wrong. Thus I am not sure if this is a **** company or really a company where after sales service does not exist
