Failed Repair, Financial Loss & Health Risk

We paid over R900 for a fridge repair, but the technician appeared to only defrost the unit instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the issue. Since their visit, the fridge has completely stopped cooling and is now in a worse condition than before. It has been over two weeks with no resolution. As a result, we have had to throw away spoiled food repeatedly due to the fridge not functioning. We are extremely disappointed in the workmanship and lack of accountability. We paid for a professional repair service and were left with a non-functioning appliance. We expect this matter to be resolved urgently.
