Good day i have sent a message to the Social Media Team Last week requesting help with obtaining a proof of payment. Up until now i have received no response. I cant seem to get a proof of payment of the banking app.Can someone please assist me with this please?

Good day i paid my Standard Bank Vehicle Finance and even sent through the Proof of Payment. I was emailed by Gordon Bila who informed me that the payment allocation was done via email. Email from Gordon Bila Good day Riccardo, Thank you for taking our call. Our team has advised us that the payment allocation has been done and funds will take up to 3 day to reflect. Please do reach out should you require any assistance. Regards Gorden Bila Yesterday morning an attempt to deduct my vehicle finance was done an amount of R4400.13. I was even charged an amount of R130 for unpaid debit order. This is becoming ridiculous if my payment is not allocated today and the debit order fee is not reversed i am taking this to the Banking Ombudsman as well as the press.
Good day i am still waiting for my email to state the my payment was received for my vehicle finance this was promised by Gordon. He has advised that payment was received. Secondly i have requested account numbers for my Loan and Credit cad so that i can make a payment. This is really pathetic service i have requested this last week already. Should i take this to the Banking Ombudsman to have the information sent to me? Please do email me the information

This is absolutely terrible service received from TFG Discovery Health. i have seen a specialist and called in for a authorization number which was given to me. Why do i have to go see a GP now to get a referral letter. So this means everytime i need to go see a specialist i need to go see a GP. This is time consuming. Previous agents have helped me before and now this Lady Vasha is telling me i need to go see a GP first. This is not the first time i am seeing this specialist. The service from TFG Discovery health is really pathetic,

This is really pathetic service. Day 2 with no internet and the agent on whatsapp chat refuses to give his her name. How long am i going to be without a service. No one is taking ownership
