Worst service you can get in South Africa I bought my second house from them “Standard bank Easy sell” at first it was their agent Harcourt Property, being slow with the process I had to write to Hello Peter to get their attention. It has been 4 months I’ve been sleeping in other people’s homes with my 7 months old baby where as I bought a house Cash through Standard Bank Easysell, the attorneys gave me feedback stating that Standard Bank haven’t paid the Tshwane municipal account on behalf of the sellers, Standard Bank received the payment from the Attorneys but is failing to close the sellers rates account. Tshwane municipal offices decline the attorneys request based on that and now we are stuck. I want to believe that this is not a mistake, someone is being spiteful and mean to me just because I once wrote about them (Easy sell) on Hello Peter. To that person “ I will not stop filing a complain until it gets to your Ombudsman, I will not stop until I get justice we can take it further if need be “.
