Hannes Gouws & Partners ****med me
I Fatima Smous write to express my serious concerns regarding the conduct of Hannes Gouws and Partners Attorneys in relation to a property transaction that took place in 2024. I purchased a repossessed property in Akasia, The Orchards, wherein Standard Bank appointed Hannes Gouws and Partners as the transfer duty attorneys.Nelly Kraai from Harcourt Property was my agent. During the process, I encountered significant difficulties in obtaining necessary documentation, specifically the house plan. Despite my requests, I received inadequate assistance from the attorneys, ultimately forcing me to seek alternative means to acquire the document. I was compelled to borrow R35,000 from a loan shark to pay an architect to draw up the house plan. As a cash buyer, I believe I was left vulnerable and was taken advantage of, resulting in significant financial hardship. I am currently experiencing severe financial difficulties and, as a consequence, undergoing psychological therapy. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated, and I would like to explore options for recourse. I believe it is essential that the actions of Hannes Gouws and Partners Attorneys be reviewed to prevent similar situations in the future.

Debonairs Montana Crossing killed my grandmother today 01/01/2026 if anything happens to her I will file a lawsuit. I placed an order around 16H00 they keep on delaying my order now the time is 19:04 we don't have food at home hence I ordered online My granny is meds I've been calling them one answered and did not assist me. Poor service
Beaufortwest I was involved in a minor accident on my way to Cape Town. This towing company assisted me “Steve” he took the hired trailer that I was pulling to his offices. I was happy with his service now I asked someone on their WhatsApp number to assist me at noon I wanted to take my furniture I hired people to go there and pick up my things but this Pretoria guy who works for the same company told me that they can’t assist me before 08:00 ok I understood then boom he changed his statement to “we don’t work on weekends” I am so ****ed and valrunable right now I’m stranded

Worst service in South Africa Do not waste your money and time
Worst service you can get in South Africa I bought my second house from them “Standard bank Easy sell” at first it was their agent Harcourt Property, being slow with the process I had to write to Hello Peter to get their attention. It has been 4 months I’ve been sleeping in other people’s homes with my 7 months old baby where as I bought a house Cash through Standard Bank Easysell, the attorneys gave me feedback stating that Standard Bank haven’t paid the Tshwane municipal account on behalf of the sellers, Standard Bank received the payment from the Attorneys but is failing to close the sellers rates account. Tshwane municipal offices decline the attorneys request based on that and now we are stuck. I want to believe that this is not a mistake, someone is being spiteful and mean to me just because I once wrote about them (Easy sell) on Hello Peter. To that person “ I will not stop filing a complain until it gets to your Ombudsman, I will not stop until I get justice we can take it further if need be “.

Never work with them you will regret
Worst service ever I wonder how did they convince Standard Bank easysell to work with them. Poor service and bad attitude I wish I was assisted by Anja n Van de Merwe attorneys. Till to this day my I don’t have a house registered in my name but I bought it cash long time ago. These attorneys are the worst.
