Poor product and service

Subscription is too high for very slow internet service and I Paid thousands in fees for repairs to their own faulty equipment — nearly the cost of buying it outright, yet it remains theirs at the end of the contract. Unfair billing and poor cancellation experience. I Cancelled in writing as per the contract with 20 days notice, yet they still attempted to bill beyond the legal notice period. Unreasonable and frustrating experience.
