The poor service provided by Easyweb Internet is really ridiculous, this is the 3rd if not 4th weekend where we get minimum to no connection, internet keeps buffering and when you log a ticket you are told to reboot your router or just don’t get any assistance or feedback. It’s really frustrating and annoying

Easyweb offers their customers “support” but every time i message them when my wifi is down i literally have to beg them to communicate with me. They do get back to you very fast, when you making payment only though. My wifi has been off for nearly 24hours now and i cant get a response from them, its ridiculous!!! Stay very far from Easyweb, you will experience the worst customer service!.

Im so sick of easyweb wifi our wifi is everytime off but you must pay full mounth like now we phone support say they gonna phone back so afyer a few hours one of my sons friend come so we ask him tocall cause we dont even have money to buy airtime you buy more airtime to call support than you pay for the wifi even one time our wifi have problem we ask the boy around the corner to come have a look so we change the power supply plug and my husband go tell the boy no need to come its sorted the monday the boy come to my husband telling him he must sign so my husband tougth its for the office cause my husband is a agen for them so now they billing us 700 and someting for no one that was here im really sick of them

I've been with Easyweb for years. I contacted them due to poor signal (Fibre) from our upstairs router. I also have a router downstairs with no issues. They asked me to do a speed test which I could not log into. I get a message that they will send out a Technician. Not informing me that there will be a callout fee. The Technician came, Logged into the router from their laptop and updated the router coverage. They then plugged in a LAN cable from router to playstation. Now they want to charge me R632 for this?? I could have done this myself. No one mentioned a call out fee, No one advised me what they actually did and am I not suppose to sign where they state what they did at home? This is not acceptable and you need to inform your clients UPFRONT that you will charge a callout fee and also if it's the clients fault. Why charge if the client is not at fault? Seems like you are trying to make money somewhere else now, probably because you are losing clients because of charging them unnecessary and your service. Not to mention if the Fibre is down you receive a message about this 3 days AFTER the firbre is back and working fine. Your clients must hear from another provider that Vumatel Fibre is down in area.

Easyweb is a pathetic service provider .I have constant issues with them . Whenever they test my line there no issues all is working fine . People they are useless stay away from them. And if you go through the reviews on here you will see more bad reviews than good. Amazing how every night we scroll but they say there is no problem.

Worst internet provider around.constant connection issues then connection is down or very slow .even stopped logging tickets to complain because its never going to change.will never have signed up if i knew this was going to be the service i receive and when you try cancel congrats you need to pay cancation fees.

The worst providers ever, connection is always down not even a day passes by with good connection. When you call support, they always say they fixing the issue, but never do. How is one suppose to work????? I am sooo gonna spread the word about you guys.
