Baddddd and Horrible service
The poor service provided by Easyweb Internet is really ridiculous, this is the 3rd if not 4th weekend where we get minimum to no connection, internet keeps buffering and when you log a ticket you are told to reboot your router or just don’t get any assistance or feedback. It’s really frustrating and annoying

The agent I spoke to Chabi was very attentive and she listed to what my query was when and when I asked her questions she was able to assist me and explained very well

POOR SERVICE
I am only putting a star because I had to type in the review box, LINTEGGGGGG is the pits. and we are held hostage as we cannot use anyone else, Support staff will not even answer phones properly or show any empathy.
