Thank you for great deals and great quality
In this cash strapped Covid reality, I do not take out often. My preferred supplier is Eat out the box as their food is consistently of a high standard. When i call in, I get great friendly service. What a great experience! Thank you!

Thank you for great deals and great quality
In this cash strapped Covid reality, I do not take out often. My preferred supplier is Eat out the box as their food is consistently of a high standard. When i call in, I get great friendly service. What a great experience! Thank you!

Credit card details taken, order denied
We placed an order at ?at out the Box\ in Wynberg at 7pm on the 21st March 2016. Our order was taken and credit card details taken and were informed we would get our pizza's +- 45 mins time. At 8:15 we phoned to check our order and were told they us that no one had taken our details even though we redialed the original number. I spoke to the manager Shireen who kept saying it must have been our mistake or we phoned the wrong branch.<br> <br> I find it irresponsible and very unprofessional service especially considering they have taken my credit card details down and not say they have no recollection of it! The manager was incompetent and kept repeating the same thing over and over again saying it was our mistake. DO NOT SELL FAST FOOD, accept order via phone and take details down of a financial nature and place a branch manager in place who simply diverts the issue back at the consumer! I will take this matter personally and inform all personal and professional contacts not to use Eat Out The Box's services and will take this further as my personal banking details are taken so lightly by the staff!"

Outrages pricing
I ordered a burger, charged R88, extortion alone, then with tip came to R98. Only to be charged R20 for delivery on top of that, for a less than 5km distance. R130 for one burger, absolutely ridiculous! Mr delivery is cheaper! What's worse is the food was super average, burnt bad meat patty and hardly any bacon, of which was mostly fat. Seriously disappointing.

Can I trust what you deliver?
A friend introduced me to #EatOutTheBox a few weeks ago. I liked their pizza and a few days later,ordered their burgers for me and a friend. There was hair in the container. I wrote to them about these to which the manager apologised profusely and promised to give me a discount for my trouble with the next order. The next day I placed another order. Not only did the promised discount not apply, the order was wrong. I again contacted them and the manager again gave a long story and promised a 20% discount the next time. I have once again ordered and dololo discount. She just kept saying that so I could continue ordering from them. <br> It really is now scary to eat their food...especially with no lights. I am concerned that they really may be just uncaring and unhygienic and perhaps everybody should be aware of this.<br> I donot want a discount or anything else from them anymore.<br> I am very disappointed.

Amazing delivery
We had the most amazing experience when Rowan delivered our order to our house. He was friendly, chatty and so genuine. Getting food delivered by him was a real treat - I will definitely request him in the future :)
