No refunds on money owing and refusal to cancel services

I cancelled my contract on 3 Feb giving notice. I agreed to the penalties via email etc. Over the ohone tgey refusee to cancel before the area managee spoke to me etc. Eventually everything was put through.

Their radio link was returned on the last day of February.

They have been owing me a call out fee since last year and it was never paid back. I enquired now about the refund and I was advised by Elisha Sing because I did not cancel on the 1st of Feb which was a Sunday, i have to continue and pay them over and above the penalties until end of March! The refund will also only be issues after cancellation minus the penalties! Even though on email they confirmes otherwise! Pathetic service given that one of the main reasons dor cancellation was that they do not pay back monies owing to you and the extremly long response times. Stay away as they also lock you in 2 year contracts.
