Unfair Treatment and salary dispute

I was dismissed 28/08/2025 ,before dismissal i was deducted R3500 for a bulletproof and boots ,after dismissal,i was told i will get my money that i worked for in July and August but after the dismissal i was told i will never get the money and even if i can go to the lawyers or ccma or labor i will never get my money

Can anyone please assist me to get my money that i worked for ,thats all am looking for .

I went to legal wise ,everywhere no one is willing to help me
