Their business model of employing needs a review, its manipulative and exploitation to the poorer of the poor. You're called for training and be asked to reach high target within a short period of time, if the target is not reached, you are asked politely to resign from the training contract and state that you failed to reach target. There s no compensation on valid sales that you have done during that training. As much as they will display unity, supportive and unique, its all artificial...its said coz people travel from far giving all they ve got for nothing. I personally dont see it as constitutional to train someone without compensating with any stipent especially when they contribute into your revenue while on training.
