Do yourself a favour: AVOID Touch Down group resorts
Beware of doing business with Touchdown in any of their properties. My wife and I had a horrific experience at Stillness Manor. We prepaid for the stay. When we arrived we were put into a room where there had been a toxic chemical spill. We left without even unpacking our bags. It took multiple emails, phone calls a refund. After promising me the refund they then spent months dodging paying it. Touchdown are now ignoring emails. STAY AWAY (your physical and mental health depends upon it!!)

I really don't know how you can say this with a straight face: you have not "valued my feedback" at all - you dismissed it multiple times. You have never been sorry, or apologised to me.
As for "resolving any issues promptly": you are joking, right? 15 emails (I have counted), 5 telephone calls, multiple WhatsApps to your business WhatsApp. Then I had to wait 20 working days for payment. Then nothing. Still nothing...
