Echo 4x 4 pathetic service

I booked my Offroad trailer in a week ago for a service and repairs. They promised me a 2 week turnaround time. Exactly 7 days have passed and I haven’t even received a quote. I phoned the person who booked it in and he promised to call back which he didn’t, then promised a quote by the end of yesterday which never happened. I called again today, the entire management team is at NAMPO?!?! Really guys.... GOLDEN RULE OF MARKETING focus on retaining your existing customers, it’s cheaper than getting new ones. I need my trailer back as promised 7 days from now; with all the repairs that were discussed. This level of non-service is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
