Quality product but the owner is unbearable (Ech 4 x 4)

The management and owner of Echo 4 x 4 are the absolute worst. While the product itself is excellent, the experience with the company’s management and owner was shockingly poor. They lack basic people skills and resort to publicly attacking customers over personal financial situations, which is both unprofessional and humiliating. Furthermore, they block you from responding or addressing your concerns, which speaks volumes about how they handle feedback.

The owner is the epitome of unprofessionalism—rude, arrogant, and dishonest. Dealing with him is an absolute nightmare, and I sincerely hope no one else has to endure such treatment. The one-star rating is solely for the product; the management and owner, however, are the worst I’ve ever encountered
