I can’t speak on anything but the records but we have ordered almost 20 records from them and so far we have experienced nothing but tremendous service.

Every time we’ve ordered in stock records, they’re at our place two days later despite being in a completely different province. The times we’ve ordered out of stock records, they’ve always been delivered ahead of the estimated dates.

The records are packed with such care to ensure that the sleeve and all its contents are perfectly untouched. We’ve had almost no problems with the records we’ve received and the one time we did, when the vinyl was scratched, they assisted us in a replacement with no hassles and the replacement arrived within two days.

This is a business that cares about quality products and maintaining a good relationship with their customers. I highly recommend them based on their customer service alone.
