Always great service from Echo's
Time for a positive rating today :-) A very big thanks to Echo's Record Bar for their impeccable service. I have ordered many items from them over the years and have asked them many questions about obscure releases and they have always gone above and beyond to give me feedback or try to source the material. I am sad about the decline of physical media and the lack of options in South Africa to buy media, but Echo's Record Bar is my lifeline :-) Thank you.

Highly recommend for any and all record collectors!
I can’t speak on anything but the records but we have ordered almost 20 records from them and so far we have experienced nothing but tremendous service. Every time we’ve ordered in stock records, they’re at our place two days later despite being in a completely different province. The times we’ve ordered out of stock records, they’ve always been delivered ahead of the estimated dates. The records are packed with such care to ensure that the sleeve and all its contents are perfectly untouched. We’ve had almost no problems with the records we’ve received and the one time we did, when the vinyl was scratched, they assisted us in a replacement with no hassles and the replacement arrived within two days. This is a business that cares about quality products and maintaining a good relationship with their customers. I highly recommend them based on their customer service alone.

Best Music store
Absolute excellent customer service in store and online they are so friendly and so easy to buy from as a cd collector in South Africa there aren't many options outside of Takealot and UMG africa but I am so glad I found Echo cuz I will never not buy from them

Great for movie fans!
A great online DVD store. The payment process was quick, the shipping was fast, and my package arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. I highly recommend for all movie fans. Prices are extremely high, but can't blame them for that, but instead the dollar to rand conversion

Fantastic Service
I would highly recommend this Record store to anyone. I asked Mark, the owner about 9 vinyls that had just been announced. He found them within minutes and ordered them for me for a fair price. They were released 3 at a time, so he even offered to ship them out to me as they came. So friendly and great customer service. The best experience I’ve had with buying and ordering vinyl records.
