Pathetic and dodgy car "dealership"
Terrible terrible experience. Tried phoning a couple of times and he eventually answered. Drove all the way to jhb after confirming. When you put the address on maps there is not even a car dealership there. Some dodgy nigerian place. Not even a dealership. A warehouse. Not even one car has a price on. No offices etc. When I asked him about the car he phoned around. Eventually said someone will bring the car in 15 min. We left. Very dodgy. Tried phoning again but no success. Absolutely pathetic. Did follow up and complained with automart,but they did not even bother to get back to me. Will never ever use them again to buy a car. Thats for sure.

Eco Auto Car Dealership and Eco Auto Mbombela
I sold my car as part of a trade in cash back deal. I have had to call them 17 times asking on progress regarding my payment for my car. They never call back and will always say the manager (Shane) is not in can we take a message. After this they won't contact you back. Payment is supposed to be done within 7 to 14 days however it has been almost 2 months since I sold my vehicle without receiving payment. Avoid them and don't trust them. I am giving them one more week before the matter is to be taken to the motor ombudsman. Might even consider suing them for breach of contract.

Traffic offences whilst in possession of Eco Auto Dealership NOT PAID - SUMMOMS AGAINST PREVIOUS OWNER. !!!
BEWARE of this dealership . They took possession of a Ford Fiesta Ecoboost on 19 February 2019 CY34RLGP. Whilst in their possession there have been two speeding fines issued totalling R3500 which i have been batteling to get resolved with Shayne Bornman since 26 March 2019. He never returns my calls and has been constantly brushing me off. Failure to pay these fines results in summons issued . This week i received further toll fees that were issued on 20 & 22nd March 2019 which shows that this vehicle is still registered in the previous owners name . This is unacceptable as the previous owner has a clear record and has never received a summons. DO NOT give your vehicle to this dealership to sell .

Tirisano PTY LTD t/a Eco Automotive is been promising to refund my money, i paid a deposit to them to fix my car i can told them i'm no longer bringing my car to them so now they've promising many tomorrows to refund my money.

Excellent service and great attitude
I sold my car through Eco Auto Midrand and I have received excellent service and great attitude. They have sold my car within a month and Ricardo had great attitude even when I was calling daily. They paid paid the balance due to me as soon as they receive from the Customer Kind Regards, Vonani

Superb cars
I was in search of a second hand family car . The dealership encompassed great service delivery. The consultant was patient , diligent and knew exactly what I wanted . The car looked better than in picture. I must say that their cars are top notch at reasonable prices. I give Eco Auto thumbs up ?
