I sold my car as part of a trade in cash back deal. I have had to call them 17 times asking on progress regarding my payment for my car. They never call back and will always say the manager (Shane) is not in can we take a message. After this they won't contact you back. Payment is supposed to be done within 7 to 14 days however it has been almost 2 months since I sold my vehicle without receiving payment. Avoid them and don't trust them. I am giving them one more week before the matter is to be taken to the motor ombudsman. Might even consider suing them for breach of contract.
