Bad ownership

This car wash in Herm**** is the worst car wash I have ever been to. The owner and her little boy is so rude it's not funny. Has no busses skills what so ever. Treat there stuff like dogs. I'm a customer and was not happy about something on my car. Then this little boy calls over the other guy that looks over everything and shows him the problem and asks how did this. The other guy said to him "your mother told me to help in the wash bay so I could not over see the car I don't know" the little boy then called his mom over and showed her the problem and she went of on the other guy saying but this is why you are here to see that this are done correctly. But this women told the man to work in the wash bay so how must he over see my car what is this women crazy or something. They don't deserve to have this place and must be closed down
