We unfortunately had Eco “Pro” renovate two bathrooms for us recently. Turned out to be an absolute nightmare! Left us with a brand new damaged bath, damaged the brand new glass panels for the bath, a shower that has water running onto the bathroom floor as it was slanted in the wrong direction and tiled by an amateur, a skew shower arm, hot and cold water taps swopped around in both bathrooms, to mention a few. When I questioned Charles about him and his staff being qualified, I was blocked. Charles is erratic and dramatic when responding to complaints and does not hesitate to scream at you when confronted. He will focus only on the money he is out of pocket for and not care too much for your loss. He will request a deposit and then another lump sum midway (which I unfortunately fell for), and then still demand final payment, despite the issues left behind. You will need to shop for basically everything including wastes, etc.. He did not install the “R7000.00” bath he quoted on, but a R3499.00 bath. He was shocked that I refused for him and his team to return and redo the entire renovation when contacted from another number, doesn’t grasp that this all should have been done properly the first time and that I don’t trust his staff, nor workmanship. His excuse for this mess being that “maybe Noah had a bad week”. There is no supervision and Noah (employee) will damage your property (toilet lid on brand new toilet that hadn’t even made it from the car into our house, outside water pipe, our vinyl flooring) and keep quiet in hopes that nobody will notice! The company is not PIRB registered, and therefore cannot issue a COC - which I’ve since learnt is a requirement for such renovations. Left us feeling like we’ve been using bathrooms in a shoddy B&B, and we cannot wait to get home to our own bathrooms, much like you feel about your bed when you’re away. Out of pocket by R26000.00 odd, excluding the cost for another contractor to replace and repair his mess. Charles mentioned that he had contacted his insurance to claim for the repairs a mere two days after “finishing” and because we refuse for him to return, should send him three quotes for his insurance to approve - therefore dictating who we should use! Absolutely DO NOT recommend this company!

An excellent experience from Charles and his team. My burst geyser was replaced quickly and professionally, no mess left behind. An excellent experience.
