Rude and unhelpful Ecomed staff.
I spoke to a lady called Lynette. Most rude person I ever spoke to. 1. She interrupts constantly 2. No phone etiquette 3. She picks a fight immediately 4. Very unhelpful
When you ask to speak to a manager to report her bad behavior, se refuses and hangs up.
It is so unfortunate that such a rude and emotional immature person is the first contact of their business.
I really hope that Ecomed's management sees this post and call me!!!!
