Disappointed customer

Today at around 17:55 I visited Eco Newmarket. As I walked into the store, I slipped on the leather rug placed at the entrance and fell straight onto my face. I injured my knees and was in obvious pain.

What disappointed me the most was that not a single employee came to check if I was okay. The only person who helped me up was another customer who happened to be nearby. The staff present continued with their work as if nothing had happened.

This experience makes me feel like Eco Newmarket does not care about the safety or wellbeing of its customers. I am still in pain and very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I request that management check the store’s CCTV footage around 17:55 today to see exactly what happened at the entrance.

After this experience, I will think twice before shopping here again.
