Batana hair products not received

On the 06/10/2025 I had ordered batana hair products from chernicehess@10001105.brevosend.com according to the service provider the items take 3-5working days after the date elapsed I followed up on my order and was informed the items has been dispatched and courier numbers will be sent till date I have not received my order. Supporting local business is not worth it this has been my second incident
