Owner refusing to pay deposit back.

I moved out from a unit at eden estate due to medical reasons. I left the flat is an condition, even the owner came to do the inspection. Several days later I get a call that the place needs to be repainted. I was shocked as we had left the place clean and there was no need to repaint the unit. Then I told her I'd rather come and see the damages myself before I agree to this request, to my surprise earlier today, we found the place vandalized. All the rooms had bad scratches on the wall, there was even mud over the kitchen counter wall, were I can't even reach myself due to my height. The main bedroom wall also had mud patches and very bad scratches that catches your eye as you. enter the room. So I talk with the lady about this and she claims I should know what happened since she left me there.

My point is, we evaluated the place together, there we no marks on any wall. The stove was working. Windows locking doors working and she was happy with the condition of the flat. Now she doesn't wanna pay my deposit back.
