We were the first occupants in the unit I stayed in. There were so many issues that I encountered from the time we moved in. 1. Geyser was not working for like the first week of moving in. 2. The geyser kept having issues and needed major replacements. 3. Lights used trip the electricity main switch and the maintenance guys say it’s a normal occurrence. 4. The paint used on the outside walls was substandard and some patches on the wall are bare with the paint watered down by rain. There is no intention to repaint. 5. Water pressure was so low. 6. The shower heads were not it. Had to go buy my own. 7. The main door had issues of jamming. Maintenance guys came in so many times to fix. 8. The electrical and water billing system is not trustworthy if you do not monitor carefully you will be incorrectly billed. 9. The flushing system on both toilets had issues and had to be replaced. 10. The estate agent over promised and the standard was way below the promise. 11. The kitchen has no curtain rail and you are exposed to neighbours because you do not have an option to put a curtain.
Would not recommend another person to come here
