Complaint

My husband visited the Willowbridge store and I unfortunately must say that I am not impressed at all. The poor man was asked at the basin if he wants a massage. Off course he said yes, who wouldn't. No one bothered to tell him that its an extra R190 for the massage. Its really not fair to ask someone to ask if they would like a massage without telling them that it will cost them R190. He payed R675 in total which is ridiculous and his beard still stands in all kinds of directions. The lengths are all different. He came home with the same hair which annoyed me before sending him. Not happy at all.
