On 29/11/2025 i ordered and paid for Bio Edge tablets for men. Up until today 14/01/2026 i haven't received anything. I have done enquiries at infobioEdge and was just told that they are investigating. Never heard of them again

Title: Disappointing Repeat Experience at Edge for Men – Tygervalley I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction following two consecutive unsatisfactory experiences at Edge for Men, Tygervalley. Two weeks prior, a beard trim resulted in a significant neck cut due to substandard equipment. Today, despite a confirmed 10:00 AM appointment, I was left waiting until 10:30 AM without any communication or acknowledgment. Notably, the franchise owner was present but made no effort to address the delay or engage with waiting clients. As a CEO, my time is invaluable, and such disregard for client appointments and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of service standards and customer engagement protocols at this establishment.

Good day I have never heard good things about your service and I am a ******* female that only wanted her hair washed and I thought let me try and ask if they could only wash my hair .i was told if I was a butch ******* that had short hair they would’ve done it and it was the way it was said and I felt so disrespected as we live in a world of diversity and even if you only a men salon .i am one of those clients that prefers a barber shop ,however it happened on two occasions.untill the 13th July my wife and I had to rush to be at a event and I needed to wash my hair and some salons was so full I again went to ask the receptionist at your salon if they could in anyway just give me a wash and she said politely it’s a men’s salon however we would make the exception and assist you they where so kind I felt so differently about your establishment.the lady that wash my hair was so nice and I felt so comfortable and I want to acknowledge BLUEROUTE team for being such an amazing team and being open minded and allow a women that prefers men barber or clothing and made me feel so great .The team that worked that day deserve applause and they are the type of service that makes your business look great . Beyond pathetic service. I went with my daughter to Edge for Women, in Cavendish/ was there this morning, firstly, Sumaya ran 20 mins late, no apology to me, eventhough I was sitting right there on the couch for her to see me. When I arrived at Edge, I explained to the receptionist as well as the person cutting my daughter's hair, that both our appointments are on my name, but that we have two different appointments. So coming back to Sumaya's and therefore Edge unprofessional. When she was done with cutting Jeanine's hair ( the previous client) she went to consult with a white women, right next to me, still no apology of she is taking from time that was allocated to me. Now we at more than 30 mins late, then she walks up and down the store , still not even approaching me to ask if we can start. By 11.45am, I decided that Sumaya and again the rest of the reception/ admin staff lack in skills to satisfy clients. I will therefore never recommend Edge or bring my daughter or myself back. If the rating allowed for minue 5, thats what I will give you,

Absolutely pathetic service! First time I went lady couldn’t cut my hair and stylist had to come fix it thought I would give them another chance then they completely messed up my threading my eyebrows actually cutting my skin several times. Still after all this I went back. Stylist says his in tomorrow then not there then next day can’t get an appointment . Pathetic never go to Edge for men Somerset mall !!
