Pathetic Service

Customer service is trash and nonexistent. I have a failed order from 22 June which has not be resolved because of lord knows what. I was charged on Paygate and my order failed order subsequently after paying and you tell that you can't locate the funds when my POP is very clear! I don't know how you expect me to do your job and tell you where the funds are when you partner Paygate debited my account.

This is unbelievable that upto today there is no resolution and yet Dennisha and Casey are sending me around like a fool
