Is this company ethical?

Waited for over a year now - June 2025 - to receive a level 5 ECD graduation certificate. Shunted from pillar to post, shlepping to Boksburg to collect it. Told that the EDTP SETA must 'authorise and stamp' the certificate, but nothing has been done. The SETA and Edu Build are prejudicing my employment because SACE will not register as an ECD practitioner based solely on the academic transcript. The DHET, QCTO, SACE endorse this business by their logos present on Edu Build's homepage. I demand what I worked hard for - and paid for in full, in advance of taking the level 5 course. Prove to me Edu Build, that you are not a bogus organisation with no principles and no ethics. I await your response.
