I contacted Pargo, and they confirmed that they do not have my parcel. However, when I called Edura this morning, I was informed that my parcel had been handed over to Pargo with the tracking number.
I’m really unsure how to proceed at this point. Can someone please clarify where my blankets are and provide the correct tracking number? This situation is quite confusing why was I given an incorrect tracking number in the first place? I’d appreciate an urgent update on this matter.
