Eduvos Service is horrible and staff is rude and ***********

Please don’t waste your money by going to this institution!!

⚠️ Please think very carefully before spending your money at Eduvos.

I never expected to write something like this, but after months of frustration and disappointment, I feel I need to share my experience.

My credits were approved last year, and for almost ten months I kept following up for clarity. During that entire time, I was never told there was a problem with supporting documentation, despite emails sent as far back as May 2025 and repeated follow-ups. I even went to campus in person and was assured the issue would be resolved, but it still wasn’t.

Only recently was I told the documentation could not be verified. By then, I had already missed academic time through no fault of my own, and I am now being told I may need to repeat modules I have already passed. This is incredibly distressing and feels deeply unfair after all the time and effort I have invested.

This situation could have been avoided with honest and timely communication. Instead, the experience has been stressful and made worse by interactions with staff that felt rude, dismissive, and lacking empathy.

Students trust institutions with their education, time, and money. All I expected was clear communication, accountability, and support, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

This is my personal experience, but I strongly encourage anyone considering Eduvos to look very carefully at their options and the level of student care they may receive before making such an important commitment.
