Waste of time

Their website is basically is unusable, mobile and computer. I ordered textbooks and then couldn't even log back in because everytime I did it refreshed to home page when you aren't signed in. Took ages for them to respond to my emails and when phoned to ask for help said they weren't available at the moment and said send a message to whatsapp.
