Bad service

I do not think this hospital deserve even 1 star My husband and I were in a car accident yesterday morning on our way to work We were transported with the ambulance for observation and xrays We have been sitting at the hospital from past 9 the morning until past 4 the afternoon without any help...when we ask how long we stil have to wait they said 10 patient's still need to be treated before they can see us....all we wanted was xrays Eventually my husband decided we will rather go to our GP for assistance The doctors were all sitting on their cellphones and told us they are short staff and to many patients This is how our people die in government hospitals due to lack of concern and proper treatment To top it all they gave us a form to sign stating we refuse their help...WHAT HELP I ASK WE DID NOT GET HELP..
