The Good Doctors
The Doctors on the other hand was excellent even the new batch of Doctors that made the choice Eersteriver Hospital The main Dr Said while briefing them about the patients and welcoming the new doctors well done to the doctors for giving the best care to all people equally,like the series the The Good Doctor they all gathered and briefed fighting illness and fighting for wellness for our people 👌🏼👏🏼.

Health matters
I was at eestriver hospital a month ago,I was very very ill.only to find out I had very high blood pressure and if had taken a day delay it was going to affect my health badly. I was given medication and had to go back today for some few tests and a scan .I am very happy with all the stuff members that attended to me ,my special shout and thanks goes to Dr T .Makda 🙏 he is the best 👌!.

Health matters
I was at eestriver hospital a month ago,I was very very ill.only to find out I had very high blood pressure and if had taken a day delay it was going to affect my health badly. I was given medication and had to go back today for some few tests and a scan .I am very happy with all the stuff members that attended to me ,my special shout and thanks goes to Dr T .Makda 🙏 he is the best 👌!.

Eerste River Hospital Bad Service
My mother fell this morning, we took her to this bad hospital "Eerste River"... only at 13:00 she was assisted to go for xray, came back, apparently no 4 in the queue, at 16:30 she is still number 4 in the queue... The morning shift staff is leaving and don't care of any around them. The securities think they are Dr's... how can you leave an almost 80 year old person unattended? She had a severe stroke few months ago, and can't help herself.... who does that? We are not animals, Eerste River needs better staff, not people that come there to sit there to earn money, they must have a passion for what they sign up to do.

Eerste River Hospital Bad Service

Bad service
I do not think this hospital deserve even 1 star My husband and I were in a car accident yesterday morning on our way to work We were transported with the ambulance for observation and xrays We have been sitting at the hospital from past 9 the morning until past 4 the afternoon without any help...when we ask how long we stil have to wait they said 10 patient's still need to be treated before they can see us....all we wanted was xrays Eventually my husband decided we will rather go to our GP for assistance The doctors were all sitting on their cellphones and told us they are short staff and to many patients This is how our people die in government hospitals due to lack of concern and proper treatment To top it all they gave us a form to sign stating we refuse their help...WHAT HELP I ASK WE DID NOT GET HELP.. This document is to cover their Ass because if we sign this document it free them of any responsibility They must watch the series grace anatomy they can learn alot from that series

Bad service

EERSTE RIVER DEATH HOSPITAL
This hospital killed my aunt. They Killed my uncle. A year apart, same ward. The last time I saw my uncle, he didn’t have his oxygen mask clean. To receive clean oxygen, the oxygen mask needs to be removed with a new 1. I used 4 wet wipes to clean his oxygen mask. The staff is utterly ***********, all they care is getting their money but they do not do their jobs as they supposed to. They took an oath to look after those who are sick. Can you imagine in your final days, your not bathed, you full of yesterday’s meal stains. You die. They have no remorse because “at least I showed up to do the bare minimum” Eerste river Hospital needs to be burned down to the ground with their staff included.

Terrible service
Terrible, you have a appointmwnt, but they cant find your info. Get sent around having to resolve the issue, no one is willing to assist. You end up waiting the whole day jist to get seen. Layed a complaint and on one gets back to you, after they say they will call you to have the issue resolved.

Terrible service

Eerste river Hospital
Great hospital, experience ward D nurses were very friendly, the Theatre Doctor Strauss was informative and friendly, explained to me the procedure, Dr De Wet was extremely helpful, kind and passionate about her work, the cleaning staff kept the toilets fresh and wards clean and well maintained. The Trauma side is a challenging ,and chaotic unfriendly, rude elderly male Nurse & female nurses, some young nurses stand and discuss patience diagnoses and joke about it. No structure in Trauma waited 9+hours only not to get seen to.

Disgusting service My Brother passed on Sunday 5/01/2025 at the hospital my Mother was called to come to the hospital on arrival they could not tell my mother where my brother is after waiting and asking about my brother they had no good response at all and then called to say that he passed on and he is there at the hospital it's almost a week later my mother has not received he's personal belongings eg.hes clothes shoes ,cellphone and powerbank how unprofessional and for a government hospital how can u treat people so badly if u not qualified enough then **** off out of the health industry.
