The Good Doctors
The Doctors on the other hand was excellent even the new batch of Doctors that made the choice Eersteriver Hospital The main Dr Said while briefing them about the patients and welcoming the new doctors well done to the doctors for giving the best care to all people equally,like the series the The Good Doctor they all gathered and briefed fighting illness and fighting for wellness for our people 👌🏼👏🏼.

Professional nurses and security staff treating people worse than animals.
Hi Peter please help our people as i was in Eersteriver Hospital our people are used to the irregular long wait to be helped for medical attention that not the problem today the major concern is the manner we are treated by professionals in the profession nurse talking to you like you are an animal the security staff make like its there Hospital yea we all understand rules but we are not dogs the treat the people elderly included very horrible.They will not tolerate the treatment they give to people.The People are lying in the pee and in there **** for long and they truly are rude to the people. Any place all people rich or poor just wanted to be treated fairly nicely.

Theft
Please advise me I had 4 items in the buy back they always sent me the link to extend but 1 of my items they did not send me the link and when I ask where is my item they said its sold,but I did had 1 more month obtain to extend the toke all my 4 extension money and still sold my item. I want to inform my lawyer about this They advertise nicely but ur product by then safely then they do this. And It was summer my product was on high demand.

Good Spirit
I was in at zone fitness and from the start anti Tessa from front desk was always eager and friendly to assist and the Farrel the maintenance man always engaging in friendly talk if a person have the world on the shoulders the the very people to the old mand cleaning they all always lighten up a person mood. Well done to to the Zone Fitness Promanade team in Mitchell's Plain a super well done keep up making u client feeling great

Outstanding Service
Hi Good day I had an issue with insurance claim from another service provider from begin of April'25 I got to Tygerwheel & Tyre in Somerset I was assist by a super amazing man called Adam he actually helpd me from the 1st telephonic time we spoke and rest assured me he will sort it all out. Got to Tygerwheel & Tyre Somerset on 24/04/1025 Thursday he offered me a cup of coffee he said relax all is in order he toke the pics emailed the necessary people I got there almost 9am and left so after 10am He dealt with everything in the highest of customer service excellence and I know as I was a sales manager at Hi -Fi Cooperation years ago. It's not about the product is all about the service Well done Adam you made my day and a learned a lot from you aswell,"The highest energy gets the job done better"he said truly 1 remarkable man. It was a pleasure meeting him and the super service I recieved at Tygerwheel & Tyre Somerset Mall branch 👌🏼🌟💯❤️

Bad/No service
Hi Good day with a sad and hurt hart I have to write this compliant.im truly very disappointed in the service of the dirt collection people. I just moved in a new place to all the previous dirt of the previous owner was still in the bin I explained this to the dirt collecting people on the 20th November 2024. So obviously we also had dirt it was in bags and light boxes normal dirt they said to me in my face they can't take it so I asked them so if I dump it I just painted a cirnarro if I should dump then the city wants to give me a fine but you guys are not giving us the ser ice u are being paid too do. So I myself had to through the dirt in the truck they did not do it and this was a young guy and young man they said if Mr bought a drink they could've done it so they told me I must buy them something too do a job the getting paid for. And they said they did not take a person dirt around the corner as there was no drink or something for them giving by the person🤷♂️ Is this the service we are paying for #no service

Money Gone
Hi good day at 18:46 Friday 25th October I bought R49 Telkom airtin to convert to data the 3G +3G Lte bundle that is R49 After buying it shows insufficient funds ok think the R49 is too litte I normally buy the R149 bundle A bought another R10 to add to the R49 it showed R59 and when I did a balance inquiry again it shows R0.00 I did not phone the R59 out or converted the R59 into data It just shows insufficient funds so my R59 just disappeared. Please help Peter. In this day and age nobody has money to just through away.

Bad Service
I bought a petrol voucher on the voday app like I always do because it's cheaper and I person can buget your monthly petrol well. Bought the voucher on Wednesday 9 October 2024 03:22am Wanted to redeem the voucher at Cape Town Airport as usual like I always do the petrol attendant say the voucher code is invalid in need of petrol had to use my emergency cash and had to go not redeeming my voucher of R420 Got there the Friday again 11 October 2024 to redeem my voucher the petrol attendant then tell me voucher is redeem already obviously to my surprise. I call vodacom on the Saturday 12 October 2024 at 8:30am I spoke to Norman he told me the voucher has been used/redeemed on the Friday 11 October 2024 at 14:39pm I told him i did not redeem the voucher. I said he will follow up and call me back I'm still waiting. I called today again to follow up myself I spoke to Pablo at 14:45 I had to call him He also promised to call me back in 20mins I provided him with my no. I'm still waiting for both of the staff of vodacom to call me. All I want is to use my voucher I paid for as nobody just have a R400 to just give away. If was such a amazing experience at kuilsriver McDonald's Busi assist me and my wife at the self help machine she made us feel so special and her advise to make the order even more amazing was so great. Thanks Buse for the amazing excellence in giving the awesome customer service
